  • Up to eleven (11) one hour personalised planning sessions
  • Ongoing access to Simply Perfect wedding professional through unlimited email and phone contact (available throughout entire planning process)
  • Budget review and setting
  • Venue and vendor research
  • Access to exclusive Simply Perfect Vendor Referral list
  • Attending vendor interviews as required ( in your place as necessary)
  • Organisation of venue site visits, cake tastings, and vendor interviews  – suited to your schedule
  • Site negotiations, contracting and budget presentation – all supplier communication will be coordinated through your professional consultant, allowing you one point of contact throughout the entire planning process
  • Placement of any rental orders (chairs, linens, furniture, etc)
  • All venue and vendor contracting arrangements including creation of payment schedule to keep payments organised and on track
  • Assistance with selection and wording of all stationery requirements (Save the Date, Invitations, programs, place cards, menus)
  • Out of Town wedding guest assistance (accommodations and activities)
  • Wedding design advice and execution
  • Assistance with wedding license information
  • Detailed timeline creation for both the ceremony and reception and distribution to all vendors, bridal party, etc.
  • Seating chart assistance, advice and creation
  • Wedding etiquette assistance and advice
  • Review and confirm all vendor contracts and manage logistics of each individual vendor on day
  • Supervise ceremony and reception set-up
  • Oversee proper placement of all decor and wedding accessories (guest book, champagne flutes, seating cards, cake servers, etc)
  • Issue any last minute payments to vendors
  • Wedding day “Emergency Kit” with all the essentials
  • Ceremony direction and wedding party coordination
  • Ensure ceremony decorations and floral are moved to reception
  • Guidance throughout your day to keep plans on schedule
  • Photography assistance ensuring all ‘must have’ pictures are taken
  • Breakdown assistance including packing up all gifts and decor and ensuring they are delivered to designated location
  • Day prior rehearsal assistance and pre-wedding setup (if available)
